Thank you for shopping with Lovingly Made. This Shipping Policy explains how we process and deliver orders placed through our website.
1. Order processing time
All orders are processed within 1–6 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly delayed.
2. Shipping destinations
We currently ship to worldwide.
3. Shipping methods and delivery times
Estimated delivery times depend on the shipping method selected at checkout and the destination.
Estimated delivery times:

Domestic shipping: 1-3 business days

International shipping: 2–14 business days

Express shipping: 1-5 business days depending on your location
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
4. Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package size, weight, and selected shipping method.
5. Order tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, if available.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.
6. Customs, duties, and taxes
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, and other charges may apply depending on the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
7. Incorrect address information
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for re-shipping costs.
8. Delayed or lost shipments
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather conditions, or other events beyond our control.

9. Damaged packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at anita1888@o2.pl and include:

photos of the damaged item
We will review the issue and arrange a suitable solution where applicable.
10. Split shipments
In some cases, an order may be shipped in multiple packages depending on product availability or package size. If this happens, you will be informed where possible.
11. Shipping restrictions
Some products may be subject to shipping restrictions based on destination, local laws, or carrier limitations. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders where shipping is not possible.
